After a tour of the shaolin ZEN.org website, Master Zhen will lead the weekly podcast through the BUDDHISM BASICS written by Master Zhen to educate his children and students in Zen Buddhism.
Shaolin Zen is an American sect of Chinese Chan Buddhism that originated from the Shaolin Temple on Mt. Songshan when Bodhidharma created the "18 Luohan Hand Forms" in the 6th Century that evolved into modern day Kung Fu.
